Luna Mountain, To Dusk City!

After Minami would recover from the battle, she would silently heal Larvitar from inside of the pokeball. She healed her own wounds and healed Monferno back up to full health as well. Afterward, the duo would make their way towards the end of the cave. It had been a long journey, and they had honestly been walking for over four hours inside of this cave. But since they had used the repel, it had shortened the time exponentially. Unfortunately the repel had just run out, but they weren't too far from the exit.

They would come around a bend to an extremely larger part of the cave and this time they would hear an extremely loud sound. The other machines they heard hummed to a certain degree but whatever this was roared with the power of a power plant. As they continued to approach the final part of the cave, they would come across one more separate path. This path lead into what appeared to be an extremely large room, about the size of the room Groudon had been in. Bust instead of Groudon, there was a huge machine that was obviously some type of generator visible in the room. People's voices could be heard from within the room as well.

If the two decided against going into the room, up ahead of them at the final turn that would lead to the exit of the cave sat two greatballs, abandoned on the ground.

*Kaito hearing the noises and voices of others coming from the large room. Ultimately that last battle with just one of the Dark Descendants took its toll on them, it was unnecessary to start another fight with them. Kai headed towards the exit where there lied two great balls. He'd pick both of them up and tossed one to Minami.*

Kaito: "Heads up, we get prizes after all of this haha!"

*When Kai turned around he was smiling. The same energetic smile that greeted Minami before all of this. His eyes remained determined, his face no longer pale, and he stopped trembling. However, behind his eyes there was a sudden "air" behind it. He has seen death multiple times since this trip plus what has happened in his past. It was as if innocence was lost in his eyes and that he wanted to yell out against the world.*

Minami would catch the pokeball and follow Kaito towards the exit silently. She had no want to fight another person, let alone the Dark Descendants.

As they rounded the final corner of the cave and saw the exit only three hundred meters ahead, a loud bang would be heard from the room they had just passed. The sound of someone screaming would echo in the cave before another bang would be heard and that screaming would cease as well...

A pokemon nearby would be startled awake by the sounds while two pokemon came up from the ground in curiosity of the noise at the noise. Just like the pokemon before them, however, they would begin to feel violent...all except the one that was sleeping peacefully for some reason.

*Kaito already knew what the bangs and the screaming was. He balled his hands into fists and continued to move forward. His heart was beating quickly and he was feeling bad because they could have saved someone, but at what cost? Anyways, there were pokemon there. One asleep and two extremely violent. Kaito threw out Shaker who shared the same eyes he had. It was odd though, the other one continued to sleep. Kaito wondered why and wanted to capture it, it was a Riolu afterall and reminded him of his sister's, Lucario.*

Kaito: "Minami, are you good to go?"

Minami nodded at Kaito's statement, her own fist clenching tightly. It was like everything she had done up to now was a big mistake, and now she was turning her back on ways to make things right. She wanted to believe in Kaito, and her disdain for him was slowly draining away. Once she saw the look on his face at hearing the same sounds that she did, it completely vanished. He wasn't to blame for the kodachi, not entirely, and she wasn't one to hold a grudge over something so petty. At least, against people, she kind of liked.

Minami walked next to Kaito and whispered and apology in his ear before continuing on towards the Drilbur. She let out her newly caught Aron and proceeded to heal it while issuing a command.

"Tackle the first one with all your might Titania!"

The Drilbur's would be over confident in their abilities and rush forward to attack the two trainers with no conscious. Seeing this unjustified attack, Riolu jumped towards one of the rushing Drilbur and delivered a Force Palm to its side, knocking it into a wall. The other Drilbur would see the tiny Aron and attempt to scratch it, however, the tackle would prove very powerful and knock it flat on its back, cringing in pain.

Riolu looked at the two trainers but then its eyes were drawn to the pendant around Kaito's neck. It seemed entranced by the charm and began to slowly walk curiously towards Kaito.

*Kaito's main focus was the Riolu, he would need to draw the Drilbur away from it so he could go over to it and enlist its help. Kaito heard Minami's apology and smiled. He also sort of blushed as well. Looking towards Shaker with a burning feeling within his chest, Kaito issued its command.*

Kaito: "Shaker! Don't let Minami and Titania show you up! Bite through the bone and show them our might!"

*Shaker smiled with an expression that said, "With Pleasure." It ran forth and came upon the Drilbur with Bite attack. Kaito seeing as the Riolu actually help, Shaker went on and bit it, but with less force to avoid killing it. When the Riolu came walked slowly over to Kaito, he'd walk to it as well. Kaito would kneel next to it and smile. After he smiled he began to speak to it with his proposition.*

Kaito: "Riolu I knew this is sudden and everything, but I need your help, we need your help. Your brethren also need your help. Come with me on my journey please. There are people out there who are causing pokemon to grow rampant and attack trainers on sight. I notice how you are not succumbing to this and need your help. We will both grow stronger together and once we do, we will put a stop to all of this nonsense and violence. So please, will you help me?"

To make sure it was done, Titania would tackle the Drilbur that Shaker had bit, making sure it was down for the counter. Then it would turn towards the last one with a mud slap to lower its accuracy for a short while, as well as deal a little damage.

Minami looked at the Riolu and wondered why it was helping them. It was strange and now it seemed enticed by Kaito's charm. Instead of focusing on them, Minami kept her eyes on the battle. With the amount of noise they were making, the Dark Descendants might show up and cause them some trouble. Plus, she needed to tell Kaito about these Dark Descendants since he didn't know about them. Minami only knew about them because of the same person she needed to find...

The first Drilbur would be soundly beaten, but these Drilbur weren't the strongest anyway. With the first one down for the count, the second Drilbur would be slightly shocked. But it wasn't shocked enough to get hit by the mud slap. It hopped out the way and ran at Aron once more with a scratch attack.

Riolu, however, was so enticed by the charm, it hadn't realized with Kaito had said. Once it rose a hand up towards it, its aura would swirl around the charm. Riolu's eyes began to glow brightly as a beautiful swirl of auras surrounded it and Kaito. Riolu suddenly snapped out of it, looking around in confusion before looking up at Kaito. It seemed to smile brightly before hopping up on Kaito's head, turning around, and watching the battle happily.

Drilbur Exp Drop: 110

*Kaito was bedazzled by the display of the beautiful aura. He'd smile as the Riolu smiled at him and allowed it to jump on his head. Kai gently pet the Riolu and saw how the Drilbur was coming in to scratch up Titania. In that moment, Shaker would halt its advancement by coming up on it with a bite attack and holding it, so Aron can come in, and beat it up some more.*

Kaito: "Like the necklace eh, Riolu? Haha well we'll talk later, right now we have to focus on getting out of here."

With Shaker holding the Drilbur, Aron got an extremely dangerous gleam in its eye. It dug its foot through the ground like a bull about to charge. And that's just what it did, using all its strength in the form of its tackle attack, slamming into the Drilbur with enough force to knock over an entire dump truck.

It was decided unanimously....the Drilbur sucked. With the pokemon fainted and Riolu now part of Kaito's team, the two were free to leave Luna Mountain, finally. Dusk City awaited.
