Alright, before we get underway with all the festivities, there are some ground rules and general rp footnotes you need to look at and oblige. I'll spruce this up later to make it look pretty.

Traveling!

This is important! CHECK THE MAP! You will not be allowed to skip routes or cities just because you don't feel like it. You can't do that in the pokemon game until you have fly and the same thing applies here. If you are in Dusk City and you want to go to New Moon Village and you don't have fly, you are going by foot and it will take a while to get there. You're route will be as follows.

Dusk City -> Route 3

Route 3 -> Twilight Forest

Twilight Forest -> Sunset Town/Sunrise Town

Sunset Town/Sunrise Town -> Route 1/Route 2

Route 1/Route 2 -> New Moon Village

As noted, even when you have Fly, you will only be able to go to places you have been before.

Travel Time

This is still under BETA TESTING as of right now. Travel time is going to be judged by a posting minimum per area. So the longer an area, the longer it's going to take to complete your traveling. Example;

Route 3 is a short route, so it will usually only take a minimum of 5 post to clear it, not including battle post.

Mountain Route 1 is an extremely large route, so it will probably take a minimum of 20 post, not including battle post, to clear.

The posting minimum is for YOU only, not the admin roleplaying the enemy pokemon or trainers. So with a minimum 20 post area, there will usually be 39-40 post all together.

Event Areas

Areas that have events going on are not optional. If you are travelling through an area that has an event, you will encounter something or someone related to the event. It is up to you if you want to participate deeply in the event or try to avoid it. You do not have to participate in any events if you don't want to.

Example; The Dark Descendants are in Twilight Forest, so you will most likely run into them sooner or later. You will probably be forced into a battle with them, however, you can avoid getting into their business, or even talk your way out of an encounter with them. Or you can choose to engage them deeper to find out their plans and become an important character the events plotline.

Events are real time, so when one person does something in an event, it will effect everyone.

Side Quests

Side Quests are meant to be fun additions to your journey and extra ways to earn money and rare items. The more side quests you complete, the more things that will open up to you on your journey. Who knows, you may even stumble upon rare pokemon too...

Side Quests are not real time, so everyone can perform the same side quests unless stated otherwise.

Character/Pokemon Health and Stamina

You and your pokemon are not invincible. You and your pokemon are very capable of dying for being careless along your journey. When travelling through forest, caves, or long routes, you can easily tire. Make sure to have lots of food and water handy and take a sleeping bag or tent when traveling in groups. If your pokemon are injured while you are travelling and do not receive medical attention, they can die as well.

Usually routes or areas that take more than 10 travelling posts to complete will require extra care.
